LeadFabric strengthens MAP & CRM practice with appointment of Mark Emmett
Award-winning marketing automation and CRM leader joins LeadFabric to lead its growing MAP & CRM Services practice.
LeadFabric has appointed Mark Emmett as Practice Lead: MAP & CRM Services, bringing over two decades of marketing automation, CRM and customer experience expertise to the business. The move will strengthen LeadFabric’s growing presence in the United Kingdom while adding substantial experience and CRM leadership to the team.
Mark has worked across both client and agency environments, helping organisations get more from their marketing technology, data and processes. He is especially adept at using buyer insights to fuel best in class strategy, people, and process development, underpinned by technology, data and AI for clients who aim to drive transformative results.
His career includes introducing Salesforce and Eloqua at Sony Professional Solutions Europe, where the lead nurturing programme he built won an Eloqua Markie Award for Best European Lead Nurturing Program.
He later joined Trustpilot as Global Director of Marketing Operations & Insight, building out marketing operations during a period in which the company doubled in size and revenue.
Most recently, Mark spent more than a decade with Blend360, progressing into VP, CX EMEA and expanding his remit across customer experience, data, analytics and AI.
Based in the UK, Mark will lead the company’s MAP & CRM Services practice. He will help clients improve existing marketing technology environments, including Eloqua and Marketo, and tackle broader transformation across an array of leading platforms where technology, data and process need to work together.
His appointment strengthens an area that has long been central to LeadFabric’s work: helping B2B organisations turn complex marketing technology into something that delivers real commercial value.
“What attracted me to LeadFabric is the way the team connects strategy, technology and execution rather than treating marketing automation or CRM as isolated systems,” said Mark. “LeadFabric offers a full, one-stop shop that helps our customers transform and look beyond their technology, and towards whether it is supporting the way their buyers operate. I’m looking forward to building on LeadFabric’s existing expertise and developing a practice that can help clients solve both their immediate operational challenges and the bigger transformation questions around their buyers, people, process, and the technology behind it.”
“Mark brings exactly the kind of experience we want to add to LeadFabric,” said Koen de Witte, Founder of LeadFabric. “He understands the technology in depth, but he also understands what must happen around it: the data, processes, insights and strategy that ultimately determine whether those investments actually deliver. As our clients rethink how marketing and sales should work together in an ever increasingly complex buying environment, that combination of hands-on expertise and senior strategic experience will be incredibly valuable.”
Mark’s appointment adds significant senior experience to LeadFabric’s growing capabilities across MarTech and modern B2B go-to-market strategy. In the coming weeks, he is expected to lead fresh initiatives for LeadFabric and their clients to get the most out of their marketing automation and CRM toolset.
